BEER INSTITUTE RELEASES OCTOBER 2016 DOMESTIC TAX PAID ESTIMATE

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, the Beer Institute published an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid shipments by beer brewers:

The October 2016 estimate is 13,159,000 barrels, a decrease of 7.3% versus October 2015 removals of 14,195,000 barrels. Please note that the estimates reflect revised estimates released by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).
